Set over the water, it is only fitting that Saffron is the dining hub of the resort, offering sumptuous all-day dining amidst the stunning views of the Indian Ocean. In the morning, discover the delights of a Champagne breakfast. At lunch, a selection of fresh snacks and sandwiches is available. In the evening, the restaurant is transformed into an elegant, Asian inspired restaurant, featuring contemporary Maldivian and Asian cuisine.
